Refund policy 

For donations made using a payment card, you must be the authorised user of the card and have permission and funds to make the relevant donation. 

Under charity law, charities are not permitted to refund donations, other than in exceptional circumstances. For more information please see the  Charities Act 2011. 

We will consider a refund of any duplicate donations (but not the original donation) made in error.

Donations Acceptance Policy 

Our work towards ending hunger is only possible thanks to the support of a wide range of partners and supporters. Our Donations Acceptance Policy is in line with fundraising regulations and the Charity Commission guidance. 

Please note, we are unable to accept donations that are linked to arms, tobacco or pornography industries. For more information about our partnerships and our due diligence process, please contact us.
