Covid-19 has pushed significant numbers into serious financial hardship.

As Covid-19 hit the UK, we saw an immediate and sustained surge in need across the food banks in our community, and around half of those people forced to use food banks were doing so for the first time. Levels of need are forecast to remain high over the winter – with 670,000 people forecast to be pushed into destitution.
