Office closures

Trussell offices are closed from 5pm on 23 December. All enquiries (including on our social media channels) will be responded to from 2 January when our offices reopen.

Food banks in our community may have different opening hours over the Christmas period.

Check your local food bank’s website or social media for any changes to their opening hours over Christmas.

Emergency food support

If you need emergency food, you will first need to be referred for a food bank voucher. You can get a food voucher from a number of local community organisations who may also have changes to opening times over Christmas.

We recommend checking their website, as well as that of your local food bank, to see whether they are open.

Get emergency food

If you need help, your local food bank can provide an emergency food parcel. We can help you find out where to get a food voucher for emergency food.
